Refund & Return Policy

At My Kind of Swag, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Color preference
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review all sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Because our products are printed on demand, we are unable to offer standard exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the situation individually.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Worn or washed items

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
